Return & Exchanges
Thank you for Shopping at Lil’ Penguin! We want to make sure that you REALLY love our Products! For undamaged, unworn, items with original tags intact returns or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Item must be received within 7 days of issue of return authorization. Original shipping cost will not be refunded, Li’l penguin is not responsible for return shipping cost. All orders placed with promotional sale, discount code, clearance, holiday, swimwear, hair accessories, socks & hosiery items are FINALE sale.
To Initiate your return or exchange, email email@example.com. Please include name and order number on email. We do not provide shipping labels for returns/exchanges. We recommend choosing a return method that includes tracking.
Orders will be processed within 2 -3 days of purchase and use major carriers that you will be able to choose from at time of check out. We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $75.00. Expedited shipping and international shipping all depends on your location and weight of your package and determined at check out.
After your order has been placed, we will then provide shipment confirmation with tracking number. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for wrong addresses.
We ship to the addresses provided at checkout and if a package is returned due to incorrect address provided, we are happy to resend to you, an additional charge for shipping may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery for U.S Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days from ordering you should receive your order.
International Delivery: 10-20 days after ordering you should receive your order (delays may apply due to COVID-19). Customs may apply charges we are not responsible for those fees. Costumers with International orders are responsible for taxes and duties incurred on international shipments. Please contact your local post office or UPS for further information. Due to COVID- 19, carriers may now charge additional surcharges to certain areas. The costumer is responsible for paying these fees.
